The train ends up taking at least an hour and a half also. It's not really faster. It all depends on the limobus schedule vs the N'EX schedule and your preference.
It takes over an hour on the N'EX to get to Tokyo Station, then 5+ minutes while they decouple the train, then a little while longer to get to Shinjuku, then a long walk to find and get to the West exit (the N'EX platforms are skewed in the opposite direction from the West/East exits) and the short taxi ride to the hotel.
The ground level lobby people have a small map of the Shinjuku Station N"EX SouthEast Terrace entrance that shows the platform skewing I'm talking about. When I get home I'll see if I can scan it in.
Enjoy your stay. Mine was great. What a great property.
