Why would I stay at a five star property if I couldn't care less about my room?
This is the case with most of the Paris hotels, so I don't view it as problem unique to Park Hyatt Vendome. In Paris if one cares about room size, or a specific view it is often necessary to book a high room category, or even a Junior Suite.
FS George V is somewhat unique in that even its superior rooms are relatively spacious and well appointed, but even they are on the small side for double occupancy.
