Well, gut instinct I suppose. I wouldn't be surprised if they still prefer to seat UMs next to women. The problem in that lawsuit was the man was told he couldn't swap seats with his wife, because he was a man and therefore a potential child molestor.

Choosing to seat a UM next to a woman rather than a man is probably something you wouldn't notice....
