Hilton MacQuairie guest pass ISSUE

http://www.hiltonmacquarie.com/gener...ctivation.html

Referring to the above I was given A guest pass from the management team at Sydney hilton. I booked an AP rate for a two week stay in surfers paradise .Upon checking in a produced the card and was told the 20% will be applied.
During my stay I had dinner a few times with family and some snacks ,drinks by the pool. Also a spa treatment and of course parking which is $15 per night.
Before checking out in the morning I went down the night before to get a total for my bill. The DM at the FD applied my 20% to my restaurant only and not the AP rate or the rest of the room charges . I explained to her that everything is 20% off including room charges .No sir is it not and the 20% has already been applied to your rate. I went upstairs to level 1 to print the link of the card and of course the printer is out of ink so I sent it to her via email. Still she insisted it does not include incidentals . I said to her if someone wipes my ... and I charge it to my room HEY guess what that's called a room charge.
I just wanted to get some opinions before my fight in the morning. Would Parking be classified as a room charge? My belief is anything that is charged back to the room be it a massage a drink by the pool and even parking charged to the room it classified as a room charge.
Also in regards to the rate I know they can back date the rate in their system to show how much the published rate was at the time of my booking but can they change it so it shows whatever rate that suits them? It seems this property is an arguement for benefits here, worse than Sydney unfortunately it's a beautiful place and location.
