Cornishman don't wet yourself... (NF comes to LGW)

Now pleas contain yourself witht he news about LGW (Gatters) ;-)

"Our new flagship First product is coming to Gatwick and from April 2012 customers will be able to experience the new suite and cabin environment onboard World Wide flights. Full rollout of new First should be completed by June 2012.

Since the launch of the new First, customer satisfaction with the suite and cabin continues to be very positive, tracking double digits above the old product. Particular areas of satisfaction include seat comfort, cabin condition and cabin
cleanliness.

The suite, which brings together balanced privacy, comfort, space and contemporary British design. It has a simplified and easy to use suit control unit, personal wardrobe, new soft furnishings and enhanced privacy screens and surrounds. The cabin
focuses on simplicity and quality. Every feature has been carefully considered and researched to ensure we are giving our customer what we want.

Following the successful opening of the Gatwick Gateway and the imminent installation of our incredible new premium check-in area, it seems fitting that our customers should continue to enjoy the very best of our premium products and services from
their journey through the airport to onboard our aircraft.

We are very pleased to have the new First suite on display in the crew report centre from today - February 20. Everyone, from all departments is welcome, so please take some time to pop into Jubilee House and experience the suite for yourself,
discover the facts and world firsts about the design and some of its features. This is a great opportunity to then engage with our customers about the experience they will have or could have if they choose to upgrade on the day. "
