That's a hard one - depends on how high/low end you get. If you're worried about cost, you can head to the nearer resorts that don't require a seaplane transfer and also opt for all-inclusive resorts.
Oh, one more piece of advice - definitely try to go for a overwater bungalow. Our first stay was a Dhiggiri (~$300 USD a night all inclusive) for our honeymoon and we stayed at a water bungalow. It was one of the best memorable trips being able to wake up for sunrise and head straight in the water. Our second trip was to Eriyadu (about the same price but only fullboard) about the which didn't have any water bungalows. The resort and the place was okay but it definitely was not as memorable as Dhiggiri. Trip reports are on my blog if you're interested.
