I did buy a while ago a quad sim quad band phone. I use it when I travel and it is quite good. No 3G or UMTS, but when I can have all the sims on at once, its quite good to use.

It is a dual sim from a major provider. SIM 1 is 3g (2100/900mhz) + quad band; SIM is quadband only.
