You could do US preclearance in YVR. It's a bit faster if you don't have GE/Nexus.
A legal routing is LON-YVR-DFW-LAS.
Before I had Nexus/GE it would take me 15-20 minutes.
With it has taken me 8 minutes at most, and 2 minutes at the least.
