It was a long survey. Many questions asking you to compare aircanada.ca to other travel websites.
Interesting questions they asked were whether the following would make me purchase my ticket online:
* Opportunity to upgrade ticket online
* Ability to purchase upgrade certificates online
* Ability to put a reservation on hold
* Ability to select your seat online
I said very likely for all of the above.
I also said I would like to be able to purchase a specific fare class.
