By the way, the PHX ES is a much older building- probably not originally an ES, but the furniture is a different style. The customer service was the best I have ever expierenced at an ES.

ABQ is pretty new, very nice furniture, better layout of the food/beverage/atrium area. Customer service seemed overwhelmed by the big crowds.
