Yes the ticketing is not instant, could be up to 24 hour, but I never had any problem. As a long time CO flyer, I just assumed it would be done. Last week I booked a one-way award ticket to Asia which includes UA-UA-LH-SQ-LH segments. It was ticketed in 6-hours.
