Same experience. The website will let me click on purchase, but then send me a blank confirmation email. When I subsequently call to have the ticket issued manually, the agent tells me there's no record that I tried to complete the purchase on the website.
I've also had an instance where I called in to have a ticket manually issued, but somehow the ticket still never got issued. When I called in a second time, the agent told me that the first agent should've monitored the ticketing request all the way through the ticketing queue -- apparently it's not uncommon that a hiccup in the system causes the request to be kicked back (I'm paraphrasing).
