The last stay in Cosmo cost me 120$/night with LNF and i was comped daily breakfast for two (around $70 value). I wouldn't call that cost zero..

I find the breakfast provision too generous and even they provide it once per stay, there are ways to maximize the benefit, as described above. I am thankful that it exists for as long it lasts. I think it's more probable to have a lounge for elites in the future (even if it is a resort), than cut the benefit completely, given that the hotel is new and the high competition on the strip.
The upgrades do not cost anything to the hotel, especially this kind of hotel that has a large number of suites.
Regarding the internet..no comment!!
