I will check tomorrow, but, your best (and perhaps only) option would be the Hudson News newsstand in Terminal B. As you exit customs, turn left for baggage recheck. As you pass luggage recheck in your left, a little further up, there will be a passageway on your right. Walk through, and turn to your right. Hudson News should Be right there.

They have another location immediately next to the AirTrain.
