There are two sides to every story. Yours unfortunately doesn't ring very true with me. Anyway good luck with Hilton. Personally I've been an RA with IHG for several years and have had no bigger issue than missing points occasionally - always fixed after one e-mail. Maybe I'm just lucky.... And for future reference, conciseness is your friend.
