My first reaction to this is to be upset. We've never flown int'l F in a 747 and were very much looking forward to it. (We have flown LH F in the 346.)
Am I overreacting to be looking at alternatives? We have a 747 F option, on OZ, but the connections are bad, and we'd give up our last shot at the VSCH at LHR.

You have to be thankful they changed to the 340 as the 744 they were using on LHR route were old and without any AVOD. Thai services are the best so enjoy your flight!
