I'm happy to hear about this from you all. I'm not happy we've all gotten such poor customer service from IHG, but rather I was beginning to wonder if this was isolated and it is now even more obvious that it is not.

And I'm also happy to hear my great experience with Hilton was not a fluke.

I've started tonight burning off my points as well.
