Beg to differ with you... the UA offering has always been bowtie pasta with crumbled feta, peppers, olives & sliced chicken OR a Margherita Sandwich. I only know because I get it virtually every week on the LAX-IAD redeye. What was served last night was fusilli pasta (with not much else added) & the chicken was not pre-sliced, plus the portion was much smaller. Now it 'may' be a new spin on the UA offering, but the first time I saw it was in place of the CO cold plate, which was absolutely pathetic. The net net of this is, that they took a reasonably good offering and cheapened the heck out of it.
