Indeed - sUA business class is getting its first soft product upgrade in years - it's been nothing but cuts.
As long as the overall standard isn't reduced to fund this it's good news.
Enjoyed the upgraded biz first inspired mains on a PS flight today. It's a real upgrade - passengers like it and crew members like it.
The naming....
Most corp travelers just see the itinerary their agency spits out, and all those just say is "first" or "business." Let them call it whatever they want.
