Anyone Have Any Tip On Getting These Points ?
I signed up for this offer last summer (75,000 membership rewards points after $1000 in purchases). I made the required purchases but I've only been credited 10,000 points.
I emailed them after making the required purchases and received a reply that I was eligible for the 75K bonus. Unfortunately they purge any messages after 3 months so that proof is gone.
I called recently but was repeatedly put on hold and finally had to hang up.
Has anyone else had problems with this promotion?
Any suggestions to cut through this foolishness?
