Looks like the CO caterer has won out...... Flying DEN-SAN last night, they only offered the same low grade chicken pasta dish I had on my IAH-LAX flight the week before. Even the dishes were the same as on CO. Definitely a notch below the 'light snack' offerings from UA, which were usually a pasta or sandwich with decent portions.
The chicken and pasta snack is from sUA and not from sCO. Now, the catering station might have done a poor job with it, but that menu item came from the UA side. (And many say they like it much better than the old CO cold plate.)
