I'm in this boat now as well, except instead of being in between jobs, I quit my job to go back to school. I now have zero income, but have substantial assets that I am supporting myself with. I have a mid-700s FICO but can't honestly report any income on an application even though I will have no problem paying my bill on-time and in full. I am only two months out of my job, so I suppose I could put 2011 income data, but I am uncomfortable not being 100% honest on the application. What have others put on their applications in this situation?
