I was recently at T5 departing around 15:30, and can say the main Gate 10 area was busy. So I went to Wagamama for a long lunch and the restaurant was nearly empty by the time I had finished around 15:00.

A lot of the people simply seemed to be waiting around instead of spending money in the restaurants.
