Compare the junky 57s to an LAX-JFK flight with 3 classes of service, Bose headphones, etc., etc.
It's also worth pointing out that the 757s that run the Hawaii routes out of LAX are part of a small subfleet of 13 aircraft that are dedicated specifically to those routes. So, that being said, the odds of you getting a NGBC 757 on a Hawaii route are next to non-existant.
