Kingfisher still have an interline agreement with AA despite not having joined OW yet, so you should still earn AA miles. I'm not going to recommend it though, cos I'll probably get shot.

If Jet still gets you AA Miles then go for them I would say, but I'm not sure whether their agreement with AA has expired yet. LCCs aren't bad either (SpiceJet, IndiGo).
