@Tucker - Congrats on obtaining an interview with WS. I had an interview last Nov 2011 for a CSA role in Vancouver. I was successful but have been placed in a candidate pool until such time a position becomes available. I am still anxiously waiting for a training date but I know when the time comes, it will be well worth the wait! I am so excited
As far as the group interview goes, mine lasted about 3 hours. It consisted of group activities, scenarios and a mini one-on-one. Research WS and learn a bit about the company eg- founded, CEO, destinations etc. The one-on-one only lasted about 10 min. I really believe the interviews are behavioral. Be prepared to stand up and talk in front of the group too! But most of all, be yourself, smile and have fun.
