Unfortunately the express meal is no longer offered. There was a "Flexible Meal Option" printed on the menu but was unavilable on my particular flight.
Here's the menu:

Organic Field Greens, Grape Tomatoes and Parmesan served with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Main Courses
Grilled AAA Beef Tenderloin
Roasted Chicken
Sauteed Alaskan Black Cod
Grilled Vegetable Lasagna
Selection of Cheese
Camembert, Yellow Cheddar and Oka served with Crackers
Choice of Desserts
Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry and Rhubard Streusel Tart
Sliced seasonal fruit
Pre-Arrival Breakfast
Appetizers
Fresh Organge Juice, sliced seasonal fruit, Yogurt, Croissants and Blueberry Muffins with Butter and Preserves
Main Courses
Parsley Omelette offered with Chicken Sausage, Cottage Cheese, roasted Potatoes and Red Pepper Relish.
Pancakes with Maple Butter, Chicken Sausage and Cran-apple Compote
The service was very slow. Drink service before starting to serve dinner. It was 2:30AM YYZ time and my main course plate was not even collected yet. I didn't want to eat so much and skipped the cheese and desserts to go to sleep. I took the tray to the galley myself.
For dinner main course, I had the Black Cod and it was very well prepared.
The breakfast was very similar to North American J business offer.
Actually, with the flight departing at 11:45PM, a "light meal" option similar to what is served on the SCL-EZE segment should be offered or bring back the express meal option.
