And even if you were SPG Platinum, the fact that you have kids means you can't upgrade. I cancelled my trip to this property when I realized the best pools and rooms were for adults only. I don't object to the concept of, say, an adult-only pool (like many Four Seasons), but restricting families to the less desirable facilities just didn't appeal to me.
