Oh how can it be so different..!

On my recent flight to SYD Via HNL we had a mixed experience...

The first flight out of YVR was interesting to say the least, started out great, boarded the plane on time, I got comfortable in my J seat as we waited for the doors to close...

Then without warning the guy in front of me got up, went to the front of the cabin and started to verbally assault the In Charge, I have never seen anything like it...I don't what brought it on....

I over heard the in charge asking to have the passenger moved, he was visibly shaken by this....

The captain came out had a chat with him, then they decided to close the doors and go...I thought he was off for sure...

Well, when the booze came around he was refused which set of another episode...this time I was asked if I would keep an eye on him, For those of you that have meet me, I am 250lbs, this guy was 100lbs so I guess they thought I could sit on him..

The in-charge was a nice guy, I asked him what it was about during the flight, he had no idea, he said the guy just got upset because they would not give him booze on the tarmac, he was already drunk..He was very close to be thrown of the flight.
The FA was very un-nerved by the whole incident..passengers can be a pain sometimes...I would have de-planed him in YVR. ..I was secretly hoping he would start just so I could have clobbered him...what a jerk!

The HNL-SYD leg...well what do I say.!.

This has to be the best crew I have ever seen period.!
They were fantastic, polite, on the ball, just great.! we had a guy and a girl, both I would say in there mid to late 20's, which is unusual for this flight, they are normally 70+.

I will be writing to AC for sure about these two...even the guy I sat next to commented, that this was the best flight he had had with AC in Long time..

Please keep it up AC.
You know, I would pay for J to have service like this, this is why people like SQ get away with it.
There was nothing to complain about on this flight....

Just Excellent!
