And speaking of American Express, Jet also won't let you cancel a simple revenue ticket online if you paid using Amex.
I wonder why that's the case? Other airlines (Indian and foreign, in India and abroad) seem to have no such issues.
no clue....amex has some weird policies in india....i can't even begin to make out heads or tails for some of them....
