Travel is not permitted on Red Eye flights. (Red Eye flights are between 9pm – 5am)
but I still remember reading something that it is 10pm.


Interestingly, there are exemptions for certain red-eye flights for UMs (i.e. domestic under 2 hours, etc.) that would make it seem like DL doesn't consider them "true" red-eyes.
