My companion and I are travelling on separate PNR's (AS marketed and operated). I am AA PLT and she is AS MVP Gold.

Would linking our PNR's do anything beneficial for me? I already have access to exit row, free baggage, etc. Any impact on upgrade possibility for either her or me?
