FYI.....if you've been unable to check your Delta Priviledges stay/miles online they do have a problem related to the Feb 12 closing of Delta Grandview/Delta Ottawa Suites.

Delta Priviledges said...."We are aware of this issue. Where the majority of your stays were at either our former Ottawa property and our former Delta Grandview, these are no longer visible when you log in to your profile. In certain circumstances it is preventing all stays from being viewed. We hope to have this issue fixed as soon as possible. Should you have any additional questions or comments, please contact us at (888) 321-DELTA (3358) or email us at [email protected]"

They have your stay/mile count, you just can't see it at the moment so nothings lost.
