im averaging around a flight every couple day on airnz at the moment

I've been noticing most of my flights from the start of February don't appear on the activity detail on myairnz so I haven't been credited status or APD

Anyone know why its unreliable. I have noticed that some flights status turns up immediately, often within an hour or 2 of the flight which seems to be a lot faster than last year. But then there is about 10 flights missing from the start of Feb

All the bookings have my FF# etc on them

Its a pain having to keep the boarding passes, check the site, and then enter the missing airpoints information in on the website

It shouldn't be this hard...
