Chisholm Agent Stated: A new system should be up and running sometime this year, maybe Q3. Also mentioned that she knows the award calendar is broken and doesn't even bother to even use it herself. She said that she manually stitches together rewards and said the award calendar is stupid but then apologized for saying that. I told her no, it was perfectly warranted and we shared the same sentiments. Possibly one of the best agents I've spoken too for some time and she stuck with me on the phone trying different partners for the award that I'm trying to procure.
As of late, the Diamond line has had some lazy arse agents...And I have to force feed them information when they should be checking for particular partners that fly the route I'm trying to redeem for an award...no pro-activeness on their part
