I'm a newb trying to get my feet wet with the frequent flyer game. I know that Amex MR points don't transfer directly, but does anyone know of a roundabout way to do it? I.e. transfer Amex points to X which transfer to Y which transfer to WN RR points. If there is, would such points count toward companion pass qualification? Thanks in advance.
