And you'll never convince me that it's CO's fault. I've flown both airlines, pre- and post/during the merger, and have formed my opinion on that. But FTR, my complaint was really about the new airline.
And, buried in there was a question about whether or not it is possible to actually change my husband's seat before we get to the airport tomorrow.
Never said it was CO's fault. It is just that during the merger both airlines have their problems. If you had left the I hate UA part out of your post and just presented the facts it would have been an entirely different reaction. Your question got lost in all your hate of UA. And as the post above asks, what metal is the flight? What ticket stock? Too much information was left out. So it came across as just another hate posting.
