This. Seriously people, it is not that hard to wear something nice on the plane. It doesn't even have to be dressy, I sometimes go with something casual like a polo, chinos, and boat shoes - which in my opinion are way more comfortable (and far more presentable) than the seemingly standard outfit of an old t-shirt and sweatpants.

If you don't care about how you present yourself to the world, other people won't care about you. It's that simple.
