Upgrade Cleared, But Website Won't Allow Seat Selection
I received an email stating that a requested upgrade for my flight home Friday cleared, and it now shows me being in J on the itinerary. But when I go to select a seat, the pop-up screen showing the J cabin comes up fine, but is completely unresponsive when I try to select a seat.
Never had this issue before. Is this a common IT glitch? Or is there still a chance I'm riding in the back?
