I only recently commented to my colleagues about the unprofessional behaviour of BAA Security.

On many occasions I have been passing through and seen them calling across to each other from lane to lane inappropriate comments about women that have just walked through.

Recently I was going through staff security to get airside and one BAA agent "rocked up" to the guy manning my lane, proclaiming out loud (I assume in reference to a previous conversation about someone): "What a c*ck". I was pretty shocked they had no issue speaking like this in front of customers (staff or not), but then for the cherry on the cake, the guy manning my lane decided that was his cue to step away and have a giggle off to the side with his mate.

One issue I have, aside from the lack of professionalism, is that i have encountered many pax that in T5 assume that security staff are also BA - and so come through security with an axe to grind about BA despite the issue being BAA!
