Confirmed Booking on Cathay using BAEC/Avios question

I booked 2 business class seats on a MNL-HKG-LAX flight on Cathay Pacific for the 6th of March using my BAEC/Avios miles back in July and had been unable to choose seats until 180 days before the actual flight. I have a booking reference and e-ticket numbers emailed to me by BA and just a month ago was finally able to choose our assigned seats. Today, I went to check those seat assignments on the CX website to see if there had been any aircraft changes and I saw this message:

Our records indicate that you have not issued a ticket for this booking. Please contact Asia Miles Service Hotline to issue the ticket. Otherwise your booking will be invalid and will automatically be cancelled without further notice.

Is this normal to show up on CX if BA is the ticket issuer? Do I have to worry about having our booking invalidated?

My other question is the credit card I used to pay for the taxes on this award was compromised in December and I had to have the card replaced. I have since destroyed the card and only carry with me the replacement. My cc company said it shouldn't be an issue since they forward the charge information from the previous card to this new one. However when I try to bring up the e-ticket information from ba.com it requires me to key in the cc # used to pay for the ticket and obviously, the new card doesn't match the numbers and it rejects the request. Will I have a problem checking in at CX in Manila if the cards don't match and will they even ask me to present the card used for this booking?

Thanks for your help!
