I wonder if she filed a claim, they assumed it might be a TSO, they denied the claim, she didn't let go of it, went to the cops/media...TSA looked at the tape, and suddenly...they can release the tape (magic! it didn't get erased, no TSO privacy to protect), find the guy and be heroes.
