The result is at times you will experience greater vertical & lateral accelerations or buffeting than experienced at the cg. which is approx 30-40% wing chord

It is further complicated by the fact that the aircraft structure is not rigid and therefore structural dynamics (stiffness and damping) modifies my simplistic analysis above.
