Take it to Ebay, sell it, and then pay the difference to the bank. You are in a contract and you are probably stuck. Having said that, if the loan is through Marriott they may do a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Westin did that for a friend of mine recently. There are few timeshares worth more than what people paid. Some are worth zero and a select few are worth NEGATIVE; that is, you have to pay to get someone to take over the annual fees. Good luck.
