No, they're not. The metre or so between Row 1 and Row 2 yields no difference in turbulence on an aircraft the size of a 747 The same goes with the (non)difference between cabins.

The real difference between the nose and other cabins is the lack of engine noise, and greater noise of nose wheel going up and down. And of course, great views from Rows 1 and 2 due to the curvature of the sides of the aircraft.
