Hello everyone, I would like to ask is anyone of you tried to cancel your membership with marriot?
Because we want to cancel our membership but they dont allow us. But we're not happy anymore, and aside from that were not using our rewards points, because it's too difficult to book with them, at the time they ask us to join member everything is perfect but at the end it's worst. We tried to book but end up paying again through interval, I mean what the use of our points if we cannot use it were paying for it and it's not cheap.
Hope you can advise me what to do.
