Servicing the OP 5 mins late will cause the rest of the day's appointments in that therapy room to run 5 mins late. This would be an inconvience for everyone else - the OP needs to think of other pax as well; not just of themself.
As has been noted, the treatment time is short and the turnaround time is fast. Maybe the reception should tell people to arrive 5 mins earlier to compensate.
Yes, BA would factor in some down time between treatment but that would reduce the number of appointments available for pax.
This is a complimentary service for all qualifying pax to use. This is not a high-end Spa where you pay for the privilege of a leisurely service. This is not bad service - just someone who does not think of other Spa users.
