They used to do this quite a bit at DCA. But I haven't seen it recently. As DCA has lots of business travelers they would usually a take a larger sedan or a SUV load 3 customers up and drop them at their respective terminals. The last time Hertz did this for me the guy took me back in the mustang I just returned. But, I got the feeling he might have been using the car to go off airport for his dinner break.
