It is possible, but as you noted its a terrible exchange rate 3 One Pass Miles to 1 Dividend Mile - and there's a $10 fee per 1000 miles. B6 on the other hand accepts the exchange at a 2:1 rate. 8,000 TrueBlue points would give me enough for a flight.
