When I visited the Spa in December I was clearly told to arrive 5 - 10 mins before my treatment time which allowed time to fill in the form/disclaimer. T

The first receptionist should have just said no you wouldn't have the time and recommended that you have a seat (or grab a quick drink in the lounge first) as you only really had 10 mins left. The slots are only 15 min each though so can see why they might have cancelled it, doesnt help that you were given poor advice all the same.
